Delivery Information

Due to a large number of parcels in the Australian delivery network to ensure Christmas delivery, please submit your order by the 30th of November.

The Rewards Plus team will do everything we can to ensure your eligible order is delivered in time for Christmas.

Pre-Christmas delivery will be subject to the supplier and courier schedules. Please be aware that many suppliers do close down over the Holiday period, which will result in delays to receiving the product not currently held in stock over this period.

Instantaneous e-gift cards are available for immediate delivery 24 hours a day right through the Christmas period. The Good Guys Commerical and JB Hi-Fi have click and collect options for most products that are available right up until Christmas.

Delivery times for orders vary by the product ordered. Orders that contain products can take up to 14 business days to be delivered. Orders with multiple products may be fulfilled from multiple suppliers and arrive via separate deliveries.

If you have ordered an instantaneous Flexi eGift card, the gift card will be available in your account page within 48 business hours. 

Please note that for magazines subscriptions ordered from our portal, you or your nominated recipient will receive a confirmation letter, usually by the estimated arrival date. However, the first issue of the magazine will usually take around and 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and we recommend that all orders are delivered to a business or a home address where someone is available during business hours. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a specific date or time for delivery. If you have ordered more than one item, please note that products may be delivered separately.

Yes, as most deliveries are sent by courier or by Registered Post and will require a signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can advise us of an alternative address where you will be available between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. All orders have to be delivered to an address; there are no pick up locations available.

Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe and you have not been contacted to be advised of any delays in delivery. 

The cost of delivery is dependant on the products selected. You can use our shipping calculator at check out to obtain a shipping quote. For some items, our team will be in contact with you to provide you with a personal quotation based on your location and the products within your order.

Yes, the delivery address you provide can be different from your own address but the address must be within Australia. We are unable to ship to addresses outside of Australia.
